Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District

This district saw the closest House race of 2022, when Adam Frisch came within just 346 votes of defeating MAGA firebrand Lauren Boebert. Frisch is running again and has a strong chance of winning, although he’ll face a different Republican, as Boebert doesn’t plan to run again in the district.

A key to turning CO-3 blue is engaging young people and Latino voters. This district is home to half a dozen college campuses and also a fast-growing Latino population, mainly centered in Pueblo, the largest city in CO-3. To mobilize these two key groups in 2024, People’s House recommends that donors support New Era Colorado Action Fund, the largest youth civic engagement group in the state. It has a strong record of engaging and mobilizing young voters in CO-3. We also recommend supporting CIRC Action Fund, which works to organize and turn out Latino voters in Pueblo and other communities in CO-3.
